Electric fryers add fried items without a gas line, which makes them a fit for bars, cafes, concession stands and food trucks. Atosa's ACEF countertop units hold 10, 16 or 32 pounds of oil, the 32 pound model splitting into dual tanks so you can keep allergens or flavors apart. For higher volume, Omcan electric floor models hold 40 pounds in 208v and 240v, single and three phase.

Check your circuit before ordering. Countertop units need a dedicated outlet, and the floor models draw 34 to 59 amps depending on voltage and phase.
